Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery. All returned materials must be counted and properly bundled in original packaging form before they are returned. The customer is responsible for all return freight. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all materials received for quality, quantity and correctness. In the case of damaged materials, reference should be made on the original paperwork at the time of delivery. All claims of damaged or unsatisfactory materials must be made within 5 days of receipt and approved by an authorized Plasponics representative. Plasponics (2003) Inc. WILL PICK UP and REMOVE any products that was received damaged. Pick up arrangements must be made within 15 days of receipt of materials.
